This is a great question... I have been asked this often. For all of us working FM we forget how simple FM is. Buy for less sell for more.

There are two ways to earn from FM. The first is instant the second a little slower.

Selling almost brings you instant pay. You can't get faster than that. I find that most prospect think they pay full price to FM and have to wait for FM to pay them. It's better than that. Think of it like this. Your at work, your boss ask you to buy a sandwich. He/she gives you £5 and says keep the change. The sandwich costs £3. You have instantly made £2 profit. FM Is much the same. You sell a product for say £15. You charge your customer £15. You order from FM they charge you £10... You keep £5.. These numbers are just for demonstration purposes. The mark up can be more or less. I call my perfume sample kit my instant cash machine.

There is a slower way to money. It's worth the short wait. This is the override commission. The are various levels. Each level has a name. Don't worry about the names now. When you first join know that there are levels that offer different % pay. It starts a 3% and increases in 3% increments up to 21%.... The more group points you gain the higher level your reach. That's right group points. If you have built a team everyone's sales adds up to your group points total. Say you have sold 300pts of products. And your team have sold 900pts you add the 900 to the 300 to give you a group total of 1,200. This means that you have reached 6%.. At that level it's not a massive bonus. It's about the cost of a bottle of perfume. The higher your level the higher your bonus commission is likely to be. This commission is paid monthly. Each month finishes on the last working day of the month. All points are total to that date. FM publish the last day of the month on the website. For example. The 31st could be a bank holiday Monday. The last day would be Saturday 29th. All points after the 29 will be added to the next month. All bonuses will show in the back office after the 6th of the following month. and paid to you after that date. To be clear your Bonus commission for may will be available after the 6th June.
